for two, back yard picnic or BBQ, tapas & cocktails, or a formal event.

First, we will schedule a meeting to discuss in detail your event to determine food preferences, dietary needs, *theme menu if any, and any special request you may have. Within two days we will provide you with a detailed menu with corresponding wine pairings for your approval. Rest assured, no detail will be overlooked and we will work with you to make your event
fabulous and most memorable.

*Note: The theme menu for an event would be determined by the type of food you choose
for example: Tuscan, Sicilian, Miami Nuevo Latino, Caribbean, French, Spanish,
South American, Mediterranean, New Orleans, International Eclectic
or any combination you choose.
