Chef Daniel Lyons, Master Chef is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He served his apprenticeship at the Washington D.C. Hilton where he had the distinct honor of serving
President Carter and President Reagan at their Inaugural Presidential Balls,
and he is the recipient of 18 National culinary awards.

Chef Basil, 20 plus years of Nuevo Latino and Caribbean cuisine, having owned restaurants in Puerto Rico, Orlando & Miami Florida and most recently San Diego "Miami Grille"
Member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association.

The Westminster Manor, can accommodate 250 guests for an elegant sit down event, or 400 guests for a stand-up reception. We can cater your private, corporate, or any special occasion event at any location throughout Orange County. We can travel to - be it your private backyard, park,
yacht, or any location of your choice. There is no additional charge for this.
Our catering includes table set-ups, chairs, linens, bar set-up and more.

We also offer Private Personal Chef services - from romantic dinner for two
to kids pizza birthday parties and everything in between
